Full job description

We are looking for a Personal Lines RIBO Licensed Customer Service Representative to service a book of business. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, a team player and seeking a role within a rewarding work environment, then you are a perfect fit for our team.

Will Marshall Insurance Brokers Ltd. is a mid-sized, family owned and operated Brokerage. We pride ourselves on our supportive work atmosphere. We provide competitive remuneration, benefit packages, bonuses and an enjoyable, flexible atmosphere. We are located in Barrie.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Receive and service phone calls for Personal lines accounts
- Review renewals, process endorsements
- Answer questions and resolve problems for clients
- Liaise for clients with Insurers where necessary
- Provide quotes to new as well as existing clients
Experience :
- Active RIBO license and in good standing
- 2+ years Personal Lines customer service
- Additional designations CAIB, CIP would be helpful
- Proficient with CQ is helpful

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible to perform various assigned tasks
- Strong attention to detail and can problem solve

Salary plus commission/ bonus
