Full job description

Kitchen Manager required for busy restaurants in Port Franks / Grand Bend Area.

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and high-energy Kitchen Manager to oversee daily back-of-house operations for our busy restaurant. In this role, you will lead the kitchen staff, ensure high standards of food quality and presentation, maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, and manage kitchen inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership: Direct daily kitchen activities, step in to prepare meals during peak business hours. Organize team tasks and daily jobs.
Food Quality & Consistency: Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes, meet safety standards, and are served promptly with top-tier presentation.
Inventory & Cost Control: Manage food orders, stock levels, vendor relations, waste tracking, and portion control to keep food costs in budget.
Team Management: Train, and mentor line cooks and kitchen staff to maintain a fast, efficient, and positive working environment.
Health & Safety: Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations, local health inspection standards, and kitchen sanitation guidelines.
Organize and expedite prepared food during peek hours to ensure
