Job Summary

We are a patient-focused, team-oriented dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to lead our administrative and clinical team and support the continued growth of our practice.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient record management
Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
Manage electronic medical records systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of patient information
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, OSHA standards, and privacy laws
Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control to optimize clinic resources
Payroll
Support clinical staff by facilitating communication between providers and administrative personnel
Implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow efficiency
Handle patient inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure exceptional customer service
Use of practice management software for appointment scheduling, billing, and reporting
Coordinate with external vendors for supplies and equipment maintenance

Experience

Proven experience in a dental or medical office setting with a strong understanding of dental practice operations
Prior supervisory or managerial experience within a healthcare environment
Knowledge of dental terminology and healthcare regulations
Experience with human resources functions including hiring and staff development
Background in budgeting, financial management, or administrative leadership within a healthcare setting is preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour
