Full job description

Aqua Spa & Pool Supply has been serving the Canadian pool and spa industry for more than 25 years. As a wholesale distributor, we support retailers and service technicians from coast to coast out of our main branch in Langley, British Columbia, and satellite branch in Calgary, Alberta.

Essential Qualifications:

5+ years experience in a Technical Service type role
Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve results
High level of self-motivation
Experience in working with a warehouse management system (ERP)
Strong organizational skills
Personable with good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced result orientated environment
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet strict timelines
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Some lifting will be required (up to 50lbs) when picking orders for walk in customers

Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in customers with questions about products, applications and pricing.
Process sales, including entering orders, pulling product out of inventory, and scheduling delivery or helping customers load orders.
Help maintain facility, including stocking levels, cleanliness and organization of the branch and yard.
Establish and maintain exceptional customer relationships
Answer telephone calls and communicate with customers via email and in person
Enter orders received via email, fax or telephone into our ERP system accurately and efficiently
Manage back orders and ensure timely shipping upon arrival
General administrative duties as required
Work to obtain a general knowledge of the products that we sell in the pool, hot tub and leisure industry
Contribute to a healthy working atmosphere where teamwork, communication, and a strong focus on Aqua Spa & Pool Supply culture and values are expected
Perform other duties as required
