Full job description

Main Purpose of Role:
To provide first-class breeding advice to Dairy Farmers on the portfolio of products and services to achieve both individual and regional team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

To achieve an individual sales target
To review, plan and prioritize the daily customer visit schedule
To provide first-class advice on STgenetics products & services in order to fulfil the customer requirements
To manage and build a database of customers in order to achieve individual targets
To establish and always maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
To develop and maintain knowledge of the STgenetics portfolio of products & services
To develop and maintain knowledge of the industry and market trends
To ensure that Company policies and procedures are adhered to
To continuously develop and improve both themselves and the working practices
To comply with Company policy and best practice in security, legal and regulatory compliance
To ensure H&S responsibilities are fulfilled
To complete any other duties as required from time to time

Essential Skills and Attributes:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Must have knowledge of the Bovine Breeding Industry
Must be a self-starter and be able to work on their own initiative
Excellent communicator with a proven record of building customer relationships
Full clean driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
