Assistant Pumping Manager - Hyline Pumping

Location: La Broquerie

Your days will include:

Determining field/pump setup locations, pumping schedule and rate calculation (if required)
Ensuring Hyline Pumping staff understand and adhere to site work order
Managing setup and location of lagoon agitation equipment to ensure efficient and proper solids removal
Ordering and delivery of fuel, oil, parts and service needs
Ensuring compliance with customer work order and all Government regulations.
Training seasonal staff and determining work schedules
Assisting in coordination and troubleshooting of in season repair and maintenance
Setting up fields for manure application activities
Operating agitation equipment at lagoon
Cleaning up site post application and preparing equipment for moving
Assisting in washing and sanitizing equipment as per biosecurity requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Dragline Manure Application Experience required – Minimum 2 years
Heavy equipment repair
Dragline application procedures and techniques
Staff Management Skills
Manure Applicators License
First Aid and H2S Training
