Hardscape Foreman – Build Six-Figure Outdoor Masterpieces

About V.I.L. Landscaping

At V.I.L., we don’t do basic. We design and build six-figure outdoor spaces—poolscapes, outdoor kitchens, custom carpentry, and high-end stonework that define luxury living. If you’re a foreman with real experience, real leadership skills, and pride in your craft, we’re ready to pay top dollar to get you on board.

You know the work. You’ve built it. You’ve led teams doing it. You’re organized, skilled with the tools and the crew, and you take personal pride in delivering flawless landscapes. You can handle pressure, deadlines, and high standards—and you want to be part of a company that matches your energy.

What You’ll Do

Lead High-Performance Crews: Set the pace, raise the bar, and build trust and accountability.
Run Big Jobs: Pools, kitchens, high-end stone installs, outdoor structures—handle it all from start to finish.
Master the Build: Base prep, grading, stone cuts, install—do it right the first time.
Hold the Line on Quality: Inspect everything. Nothing leaves your site unless it’s perfect.
Problem Solve Fast: Missing labor? Last-minute changes? Material delays? You adapt and push through.
Own the Schedule: Keep the job moving. Keep the client confident. Deliver results.
Train the Next Leaders: Mentor apprentices and lead hands—build them up, don’t babysit them.
Use the Tools: Keep daily records, track hours, materials, site notes—help us stay sharp.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience leading hardscape builds (not just working on them).
Proven track record with complex, custom outdoor projects.
Skilled in layout, excavation, base prep, grading, cutting, and final install.
Experience with pool builds, kitchens, masonry, carpentry, and drainage.
Strong equipment skills: saws, skid steers, excavators, lasers.
Valid license, clean record.
Physical stamina, pride in workmanship, and zero tolerance for sloppiness.
