We’re looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their growth and has a passion for the industry.

Job responsibilities

Lawn care (mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanups)
Landscaping support (mulch, planting, garden beds)
Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
Work alongside the crew lead to complete jobs efficiently
Care for tools and equipment

Requirements

Qualified and experienced, with a passion for the industry
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Clear communication skills
Able to work outdoors in all conditions
Reliable transportation to and from our Milton/Oakville sites.
Valid G license

Assets

Experience using commercial landscaping equipment
Previous crew leadership experience
Connected with other reliable, qualified workers who may be a good fit for future crew roles
