Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Mississauga, ON L5T 2G1

Employment Type: Full-Time

Wage: CAD 19-23/hr

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5:30PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of our warehouse.

This position serves as an important link between the office and warehouse floor, supporting the Warehouse Manager with employee timekeeping, container and unloading coordination, operational data tracking, equipment and supply management, and general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with Excel and operational data, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Attendance & Timekeeping

· Record and maintain employee clock-in and clock-out information.

· Track regular working hours, overtime, and attendance exceptions.

· Review attendance and timekeeping records and follow up on discrepancies.

· Prepare weekly and monthly working-hour reports as required.

· Communicate with the Warehouse Manager and relevant office teams to ensure accurate timekeeping information.

2. Container & Inbound Shipment Coordination

· Assist the Warehouse Manager with recording and maintaining container schedules and arrival information.

· Track expected and actual container arrivals.

· Follow up on delays, rescheduling, and other container-related exceptions.

· Keep container and shipment information updated and accurate.

· Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely communication of changes or issues.

3. Unloading & Warehouse Operations Data

· Record and maintain container unloading information.

· Track unloading start and completion times.

· Assist with estimating and tracking pallet quantities for incoming containers.

· Monitor daily unloading progress and update operational records accordingly.

· Cross-check operational information and report discrepancies or exceptions to the Warehouse Manager.

4. Excel & Data Reporting

· Maintain and update warehouse-related Excel spreadsheets and operational records.

· Track and summarize Container, Pallet, and other warehouse operational data.

· Prepare and update regular operational reports as required.

· Identify and verify missing, inconsistent, or unusual data and follow up as needed.

5. Equipment, Supplies & Asset Management

· Assist the Warehouse Manager with tracking warehouse equipment and fixed assets.

· Maintain accurate records of equipment, assets, and related information.

· Monitor warehouse supplies and consumable materials.

· Assist with coordinating supply needs based on daily warehouse operations.

· Report equipment, supply, or asset issues to management.

6. Warehouse Manager & Operations Support

· Provide administrative and operational support to the Warehouse Manager.

· Maintain, organize, and file warehouse-related documents and records.

· Follow up on operational issues and data discrepancies.

· Support communication and information flow between the warehouse floor and office.

· Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

· Strong written and verbal Chinese and English communication skills

· Proficiency with computers and common office software, particularly Microsoft Excel

· Ability to create, maintain, and organize spreadsheets and operational reports.

· Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data.

· Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and follow-through.

· Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

· Ability to work effectively with warehouse staff, management, and office teams.

· Comfortable working in an on-site warehouse environment.

Preferred

· Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or FBA operations

· Experience in warehouse administration, operations coordination, or data management.

· Familiarity with warehouse operations processes or inventory management systems is an asset.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
