Commis à l'importation – Département Logistique-Poste d'entrée
Groupe Bugatti – Boisbriand, QC

Le Groupe Bugatti est une marque de luxe abordable reconnue pour son savoir-faire dans la conception de bagages, d'accessoires de voyage, de porte-documents et d'articles essentiels. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) commis à l'importation minutieux(se) pour se joindre à notre équipe logistique et assurer le bon déroulement du suivi et de la documentation liés aux importations.

Sommaire du poste

Il s'agit d'un poste clérical et administratif au sein de l'équipe logistique et chaîne d'approvisionnement. Le/la commis à l'importation s'occupe des tâches quotidiennes de documentation, de saisie de données et de communication nécessaires au bon déroulement des importations : suivi des envois, préparation des documents et signalement des enjeux aux bonnes personnes. Il s'agit d'une excellente opportunité pour une personne organisée, fiable et à l'aise avec des tâches administratives exigeant une grande attention aux détails, dans un environnement dynamique.

Responsabilités principales

Saisir les données d'expédition et tenir à jour les registres de suivi afin d'assurer un dédouanement et une livraison dans les délais.
Fournir un soutien administratif et clérical quotidien à l'équipe logistique, incluant le classement de documents, la saisie de données et la production de rapports.
Préparer, réviser et classer les documents d'importation (factures, listes de colisage, connaissements, certificats d'origine, etc.).
Communiquer par téléphone et par courriel avec les transitaires, courtiers en douane et expéditeurs afin de résoudre les questions courantes de documentation.
Transmettre les retards et mises à jour d'expédition aux équipes des ventes, des achats, de l'entrepôt et des finances.
Soutenir la bonne coordination entre les départements concernant la documentation liée au fret.

Qualifications et compétences

Aucune expérience préalable requise — une formation est offerte. Une expérience en fret à l'importation, en logistique ou dans un rôle similaire est un atout, mais non obligatoire.
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent;
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps, avec un grand souci du détail et de l'exactitude.
À l'aise avec l'utilisation de base d'un ordinateur; la maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Personne qui apprend rapidement et à l'aise de suivre des processus et procédures établis.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais. L'anglais est requis, ce poste impliquant des contacts réguliers avec des partenaires à l'étranger (Asie/États-Unis).
Personne fiable, ponctuelle et à l'aise dans un environnement de bureau dynamique.

Import Clerk – Logistics Department-Entry Level

We're looking for a detail-oriented Import Clerk to join our logistics team and keep our freight import documentation and tracking running smoothly.

Position Summary

This is a clerical, administrative-support role within the logistics and supply chain team. The Import Clerk handles the day-to-day paperwork, data entry, and communication needed to keep import shipments moving — tracking freight, preparing documentation, and flagging issues to the right people. It's an excellent opportunity for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable working with detail-heavy administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Enter shipment data and maintain accurate tracking records to support timely customs clearance and delivery.
Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the logistics team, including filing, data entry, and reporting.
Prepare, review, and file import documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shippers by phone and email to resolve routine documentation questions.
Relay shipment delays and updates to the sales, purchasing, warehouse, and finance teams.
Support smooth coordination between departments on freight-related paperwork.

Qualifications & Skills

No prior experience required — training is provided. Experience in freight import, logistics, or a similar role is an asset, not a requirement.
High school diploma or equivalent;
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable with basic computer use; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
A fast learner who is comfortable following established processes and procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French. English is required, as this role involves regular contact with overseas partners (Asia/USA).
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
