This is hybrid position for remote work AND in-office days. Please only apply if you live in or around Nanaimo.

We’re hiring!

We are a growing bookkeeping firm looking for a full-time experienced bookkeeper to join the team. You will join our team of professionals who are passionate about helping businesses grow and increase their profitability. We work hard, and value a healthy work-life balance.

This position is suitable for someone with previous bookkeeping experience, and in particular, someone who has experience managing multiple clients. You are familiar with Sage 50, QBO, or both. You should be comfortable working in Microsoft Office, managing deadlines, and confident speaking to and emailing with clients.

We are looking for someone who is accountable and diligent in their work. We would like someone who can manage their own schedule and who will work both in our Nanaimo office and remotely at home. Payroll experience is an asset, but not required.

Wage is dependent on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
