Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, supporting children's developmental needs, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. The ECE Teacher will collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively with parents, and ensure compliance with all educational standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and development
Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through tailored activities
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and classroom events
Collaborate with colleagues to plan school-wide activities and ensure consistency in teaching approaches
Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
Incorporate special education strategies when working with children with disabilities or special needs
Utilize computer skills for documentation, communication, and educational software as needed

Requirements

Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
Organizational skills to manage classroom activities, documentation, and time efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Classroom experience demonstrating leadership and classroom management abilities
Excellent writing skills for documentation and parent communication
Computer operation skills for lesson planning, record keeping, and communication purposes
