Position Overview

The Marketing Lead, Design & Production is responsible for owning the end-to-end production and execution of marketing assets across the organization with a significant focus on promotional materials for the retail fuel and convenience business operated by North Sun Energy – a limited partnership between North Atlantic and Petro-Canada. This role ensures that all physical and visual marketing materials, from signage to promotional items and trade show assets are delivered efficiently, on brand, and to a high standard of quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Own the production lifecycle of marketing assets, ensuring timely and efficient execution from concept to delivery.
Provide in-house graphic design support to meet day-to-day marketing
needs.
Ensure all materials align with brand standards and visual guidelines.
Adapt and resize existing creative assets for various formats (print, signage, promotional materials, etc.).
Source quotes, manage timelines, and ensure quality control of all output.
Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to support consistent service and cost management.
Manage the sourcing, ordering, and distribution of company swag.
Coordinate marketing materials for trade shows, events, and corporate initiatives.
Manage banners, displays, booths, and supporting materials.
Serve as a key point of contact between Marketing, Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
4 - 6 years experience in a marketing, preferable in retail or convenience stores.
Experience coordinating print production, signage, retail marketing, or promotional materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other graphic design tools.
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
