Customer Care Representative

Northway Ford Lincoln

Are you an exceptional communicator who enjoys helping people and creating outstanding customer experiences? Northway Ford Lincoln is looking for a professional, energetic, and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team.

As a key member of our customer experience team, you will build relationships with customers through text, email, and phone communication. If you have outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional customer follow-up by phone, text, and email.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through text, email, and online communication channels.
Follow up with sales customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the appropriate staff members
Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the dealership CRM.
Monitor CRM tasks daily to ensure all customer communications and follow-ups are completed on time.
Build rapport with customers while providing accurate information and assistance.
Work closely with the sales, and management teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Manage multiple conversations and priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Clear, confident and kind speaking voice.
Professional phone communication, texting, and email skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and creating/managing data logs.
Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and multiple communication platforms.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
Previous customer service, dealership, administrative, or business development experience is considered an asset.
