Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest services and maintaining high standards of sanitation. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide professional skin care treatments, including facials, body waxing, massages, body treatments, mani-pedi.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and tools in accordance with industry standards.
Engage with clients to assess their individual needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques.
Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions.
Foster positive relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience through excellent communication skills.

Experience

Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with various beauty treatments such as body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is essential.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
