Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Sales Representative and become a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving high-end vehicle sales. In this energetic role, you will engage with prospective buyers, showcase our premium vehicle inventory, and build lasting relationships that foster loyalty and growth. Your passion for cars, combined with your sales expertise, will help us expand our reach and elevate our brand presence in the automotive industry. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Actively engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including B2B (business-to-business) and retail interactions, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits effectively, tailoring presentations to meet customer needs and preferences.
Negotiate sales terms confidently while maintaining professionalism and transparency to close high-end vehicle deals successfully.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience.
Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, accessories, or financing options to maximize deal value.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales, dealership sales, or retail sales within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end or luxury vehicle deals.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual abilities are a significant advantage).
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively from prospecting through closing.
Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and marketing techniques to attract diverse customer segments.
Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts and follow-ups efficiently.
Previous experience in sales support roles or dealership environments will be considered a plus.
