Full job description

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team for the role of a Customer Service Representative at our Bank and Hunt Club location in Ottawa. We have been one of the top Desjardins Insurance Agencies in Ottawa since 2008 because we love taking care of our clients and have fun doing it.

You are an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. The position entails:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification

Qualifications:

Customer service oriented
Excels in a team environment
Multi-tasking abilities
Excellent communication skills
Other languages are an asset but not a requirement
Must be able to obtain OTL (Other Than Life) license for home and auto insurance
