Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef / Sous Chef / Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, exceptional cooking skills, and strong leadership abilities. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards, and delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment where teamwork and excellence are valued.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
Supervise kitchen staff, including training and mentoring team members
Manage food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
Oversee food presentation and ensure consistency in quality
Assist in menu planning and development of new recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
Serve food efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards

Experience

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Excellent skills in serving, kitchen organization, and hospitality service
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
Prior experience with menu development, food presentation, and team coordination is preferred
