↪ Vos responsabilités principales

Comptabilité:

Saisir les factures et tenir à jour les comptes dans les logiciels comptables
Gérer les comptes clients, fournisseurs et les écritures comptables
Effectuer les conciliations bancaires et les rapprochements de comptes
Produire des rapports financiers selon les besoins du président
Suivre les factures impayées et assurer les relances
Remplir les KPI pour suivre l’avancement des projets
Préparer les dossiers de fin d’année
Gérer les obligations gouvernementales (TPS/TVQ, CNESST, etc.)
Vérifier les données et feuilles de temps, préparer les paies
Effectuer diverses tâches administratives et de saisie de données

Soutien aux ressources humaines:

Participer à la rédaction des affichages de postes
Aider au tri des CV et à la présélection
Participer aux entrevues
Soutenir la gestion de conflits au besoin

↪ Profil recherché

Baccalauréat ou DEC en comptabilité
Minimum de 5 ans dans un poste similaire
Connaissance avancée de la Suite MS Office et des logiciels de comptabilité
Polyvalent, minutieux, rigoureux et bien organisé
À l’aise avec les chiffres
Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques, des chiffriers et des principaux logiciels comptables
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches avec précision et constance

↪ Main Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Accounting:

Enter invoices into the system
Maintain up‑to‑date accounts in accounting software
Record and manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries
Contribute to summary and financial reports
Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations
Follow up on unpaid invoices
Produce financial reports as requested by the President
Complete KPIs to track project and company progress
Assist with year‑end procedures
Manage government‑related files (taxes, CNESST, etc.)
Verify data and timesheets in the database and prepare payroll
Perform additional administrative and data‑entry tasks as needed

Human Resources Support:

Assist with job postings and recruitment needs
Help screen and filter incoming résumés
Participate in interviews
Provide support in conflict‑management situations

↪ Requirements and Skills

Bachelor's degree or DEC in accounting
Minimum of 5 years in a similar position
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite accounting software
Versatile, detail‑oriented, rigorous, and well‑organized
Comfortable working with numbers
Strong proficiency with office software, spreadsheets, and major accounting tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and consistency
