Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education (ECE) for our Infant & Toddler Room to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant classroom environment. As an ECE Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering developmental growth, encouraging curiosity, and creating a safe, engaging space where children can thrive. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning and social-emotional well-being. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s early years while working within a supportive team committed to excellence in education.

Duties

Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Create a welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
Observe and assess individual student progress, tailoring activities to meet diverse needs
Support children with disabilities by adapting lessons and providing personalized care and assistance
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to build a collaborative community
Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and classroom activities
Ensure health, safety, and well-being of all children through vigilant supervision and caregiving practices

Requirements

Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood settings
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate caregiving and emotional support to children
Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members
Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education
Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering inclusive learning environments
