Peter Smith GM in Belleville, ON is searching for a full-time Receptionist. Here at Peter Smith GM, we care about our employees, our customers, and our community! Are you ready to be the face and voice of our dealership?

Daily Duties Include:

Accept & Direct incoming calls with a positive, friendly & professional attitude.
Take detailed messages and provide callers with insightful information.
Welcome customers & visitors to the Dealership in a friendly & professional manner.
Assess Customer & Visitor needs by answering inquiries or guiding them to the Appropriate Dealership Staff Member.
Receive incoming vehicles for Stock upon arrival at the dealership.
Arrange Dealer Trade Drivers for pickup or drop-off of Dealer Vehicles.
Various Administrative Duties Include:
Processing Payments, Ordering Office Supplies, Filing, Copying & Scanning Documents, Receiving and Distributing Mail Courier Packages
Track incoming Sales Calls.
Send and Receive Licensing.

Qualifications:

Natural ability to communicate positively & professionally with People in person, through email & on the phone.
Have a natural ability to engage positively with people, always leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the dealership
Demonstrate the ability of excellent customer service.
Proficient use of Common Office Software (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel)
One Year of Reception and/or Customer Service Experience is an Asset.
Highly Organized & Accurate with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
Experience operating a multi-line phone system.
Experience with a DMS (Reynolds, Quorum, CDK) an asset but NOT Required.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.

We pay above average wages. To be determined based on experience and qualifications.
