Full job description

At AWG Northern Industries, we provide the essential administrative and financial backbone for the All-West Glass chain. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, supportive work environment. If you are a self-motivated numbers person who thrives in a positive, dynamic atmosphere, we want you on our team!

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk for up to 24 hours a week with a can-do attitude to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly, working with a high degree of independence while supporting our wider network.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Prepare and compile accurate monthly financial reports.
Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure general ledger accuracy.
Transactions: Prepare daily/weekly bank deposits and process precise journal entries.
Account Maintenance: Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on outstanding invoices with professional care.
