Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Full Time In Office Position

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking to join a dynamic team in the pest control industry? We are seeking a Support Services Administrator / Scheduler to join our team at Old Island Pest Control on Vancouver Island. If you're ready to take on responsibilities that include managing schedules, answering customer calls, and supporting our mobile technicians, we want to hear from you!

*Old Island Pest Control is owned and operated by Rentokil Canada Corporation, Successful candidates will be employees of Rentokil Canada*

Responsibilities:

Answer Calls from Customers: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer concerns professionally and courteously.
Collect Payment from Customers: Ensure accurate payment collection and processing for services rendered.
Schedule Job Work on Technicians' Schedules: Efficiently assign and coordinate technician appointments and service calls to optimize scheduling.
Manage Schedules for Mobile Technicians Across Vancouver Island: Oversee and maintain schedules for our mobile technicians, ensuring efficient routing and on-time service delivery.
Data Entry: Accurately input data related to contracts, jobs, and treatment setups into our system. Maintain organized and up-to-date records.
Organizing & Reporting Data: Compile and prepare reports based on collected data, providing insights for decision-making.
Various Office Duties: Perform miscellaneous office tasks, including opening mail, scanning documents, coding accounts payable, and mailing invoices.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless workflow and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED: Basic educational requirement.
Proficiency with Office Software: Demonstrated ability to use standard office software for data entry and reporting.
Multitasking and Organization: Strong ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines consistently.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Experience: Prior experience in a similar administrative, scheduling, or routing role is preferred but not required.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Time Management: Effective time management skills to manage schedules efficiently.
Background Screen: Must pass pre-employment background screening.
