About Us

Divine Creations Catering is dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences for weddings, corporate events, private functions, and funeral services. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our growing kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook high-quality meals for catered events.
Supervise and support cooks and kitchen assistants.
Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Help manage inventory, food storage, and stock rotation.
Assist with menu preparation and recipe development.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced catering environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen or catering environment.
Culinary diploma or equivalent experience is an asset.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for creating exceptional food and customer experiences.
