Overview*** MUST HAVE DENTAL ADMIN EXP MIN 3YEARS ***
Join our dynamic team as an Experienced Dental Administrative Specialist! Your expertise in dental office EDI , billing, and administrative support will drive the success of our dental practice. We are looking for a motivated professional with a strong background in dental administration, dental office experience, and proficiency with EDI and Dentrix. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead administrative functions while fostering a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike. We offer monthly bonus when office production is met, yearly staff parties and long term employment for the right induvial.

Duties

Daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, and billing processes using Dentrix.
Oversee EDI submissions are accurate, ensuring compliance with standard regulations and accurate documentation of patient information
Coordinate with clinical teams to facilitate smooth workflow across acute care and dental services
Handle financial management tasks such as budgeting, billing reconciliation, and insurance claims processing within managed care frameworks
Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform basic email management, including organizing, prioritization and responses.
Conduct treatment plan follow ups, including accuracy of claim submissions, outstanding balances and communication with with providers.
Demonstrates the ability to accept, respond to, and implement constructive feedback in a professional manner.
Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic office with the ability to adapt quickly and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Skills

Extensive experience in working in a fast pace dental office.
Proficiency in Dentrix, an assist.
Strong understanding of dental terminology, EDI submission management.
Able to pay attention to fine detail in busy or fast paced environments
Able to meet daily deadlines
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced clinic settings.
Minimum 3 years dental admin experience required.
Must have evening and weekend availability including Sundays
Looking to hire 3 full time Admins for other locations in Niagara region

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
