Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook/Expo/Supervisor to join our dynamic culinary team. This multifaceted role involves preparing and cooking food, ensuring timely service, and supervising kitchen operations to maintain high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent food handling skills, and experience in restaurant or kitchen environments. This position offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Plate and present dishes for optimal visual appeal as an Expo
Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed
Assist in meal preparation during busy hours to maintain efficient service flow
Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure team coordination
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Provide excellent food service by ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests
Uphold high standards of food handling, safety, and hygiene practices at all times

Requirements

Previous Chucks Experience is preferred not required.
Food handler's certificate required.
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and motivate team members
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts who are eager to grow their skills in a professional kitchen environment.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
