Job Overview

We are seeking friendly and professional Banquet Servers/Bartenders to join our hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional guest service during events, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a "can-do" attitude. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, contributing to special events, conferences and concerts while showcasing your customer service expertise. Full training will be given. No experience needed

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist
Assist in setting up for meal periods, including breakfast, breaks, lunches, and dinners.
Set up rooms in specific configurations based on client and event needs.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as needed, maintaining responsible alcohol service (Bartenders only)
Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs throughout the event
Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas, including bar stations, pantries, service areas and dining spaces
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
Set up banquet areas before events, including table settings and beverage stations
Assist with event breakdowns, cleaning, and resetting for upcoming functions
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service experiences

Skills

Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by event schedules
Preferably, candidates should be able to lift more than 50 lbs
