Our group includes commercial construction, design-build, land development, retail, and real estate projects throughout Manitoba. We're growing quickly, taking on exciting projects, and investing heavily in our future.

Now we're looking for someone who wants to help tell that story.

We're searching for an energetic, creative, and driven Marketing Coordinator / Content Creator to become the voice behind our brands. This isn't a position where you'll spend your day sitting behind a desk scheduling Facebook posts. You'll be out on active construction sites, capturing incredible projects, interviewing our people, celebrating milestones, planning events, creating marketing campaigns, working with our website developer to improve our online presence, and helping attract the best clients and employees in the industry.

What You'll DoMarketing & Social Media

Develop and manage monthly marketing and content calendars
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
Write compelling captions, articles, and marketing copy
Schedule and publish content
Monitor analytics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and reach
Stay current on social media trends and implement new ideas

Photography & Video

Visit construction sites to document project progress
Capture professional photography of projects, employees, equipment, and events
Coordinate or capture drone footage
Film and edit high-quality reels and promotional videos
Create content that showcases our people, culture, and craftsmanship

Branding, Graphic Design & Website Management

Design graphics, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials
Maintain consistent branding across all U Build Group companies
Work closely with our website developer to continually improve and expand our company websites
Help develop new landing pages, project showcases, employee profiles, and service pages
Keep website content current with new projects, news, and company updates
Identify opportunities to improve user experience, SEO, and lead generation

Recruitment Marketing

Create engaging job advertisements
Promote company culture through employee spotlights and behind-the-scenes content
Update career pages and recruitment campaigns
Help attract Manitoba's best construction professionals

Business Development & Corporate Communications

Assist with award submissions
Write press releases and company announcements
Organize grand openings and special events
Coordinate community sponsorships and charitable initiatives
Collect and promote client testimonials and project success stories
Support proposal packages and business development materials

Who You Are

You're someone who loves creating content and seeing your ideas come to life.

You enjoy being out in the field just as much as working behind a computer. You have an eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to turn everyday moments into engaging marketing.

You're organized, motivated, and always looking for ways to improve.

We'd Love to See Experience With:

Photography and videography
Video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Social media marketing
Graphic design
Website content management (WordPress or similar platforms)
Microsoft Office

Experience in construction or real estate marketing is an asset but not required.
