Full job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations of our facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring efficient departmental operations while supervising and supporting a team of housekeeping staff. If you have a strong background in hospitality, industrial cleaning, and custodial services, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met.
Develop, implement, and maintain housekeeping procedures and protocols.
Train, supervise, and support housekeeping staff, including assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with other departments to support efficient operations and enhance the guest experience.
Address housekeeping concerns promptly and assist in resolving operational issues as they arise.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Proficiency with basic computer applications.
Availability to work weekends and holidays is required, as this is a weekend-based business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
