Full job description

At Wilsons Security, we pride ourselves on delivering professional security and life safety solutions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. If you are passionate about customer service, technology, and problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Apply to join our team as a Client Success Coordinator! You'll work for a growing, family-owned company that has been providing Canadians with locally based service for over 100 years.

This position will report to the Wilsons Security office in Stratford, Prince Edward Island.

The Role:

· Deliver outstanding customer service to clients of Wilsons Security

· Troubleshoot an array of security products and services

· Documentation of work orders, service reports and client interactions

· Update client accounts

· Coordinate service appointments, and manage and maintain service schedules

· Work closely with other departments and service team to address client inquiries in a timely manner

· Order, receive, and distribute parts in the warehouse

· Work closely with vendors and suppliers to facilitate product procurement

· Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels

· Other duties as required

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and inventory management systems

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with proven ability to resolve issues effectively

· Interest in technology and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues

· Experience with inventory management is considered an asset

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player

This is a full-time permanent position with an attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives. This is an in-office role located in Stratford, Prince Edward Island.
