Dental Treatment Coordinator - Full-Time | Patient-Centered, High-Impact Role

Are you a dental professional who enjoys connecting with patients, building trust, and helping people feel confident moving forward with their care?

At Glencoe Dental Care, our Treatment Coordinators play a central role in the patient experience. This is more than scheduling or reviewing treatment - it’s about helping patients feel informed, supported, and clear about their next steps.

We are a busy, multidisciplinary practice offering general and specialty care under one roof. That means every day brings variety, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, organized, and patient-focused, while also confident, proactive, and able to guide conversations with clarity.

This role is a great fit if you:

Enjoy building genuine connections with patients and helping them feel at ease
Can explain treatment in a clear, simple, and reassuring way
Take initiative and follow through without needing constant direction
Are comfortable guiding conversations, including around finances and next steps
Stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
Are open to feedback and continuously improving

This role may not be the right fit if you:

Prefer task-based work with minimal patient interaction
Avoid conversations that require clarity, direction, or decision-making
Struggle to stay organized when things are busy or changing

What you’ll be doing:

Meeting with patients to review and explain treatment plans, and answer questions
Helping patients understand their options and feel confident moving forward
Coordinating treatment scheduling and sequencing
Discussing financial details, insurance, and payment options
Following up with patients to support them through their care journey
Collaborating closely with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless experience

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of dental experience
Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with dental software and digital workflows
