International Operations, E-Commerce & Night Shift Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable professional to support the continued growth of our Canadian-manufactured beverage and fruit products across Eurasian, European, and other international markets, while also providing operational support during the night shift.

This is a broad, cross-functional role combining international business development, e-commerce and practical support for night-shift operations.

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is comfortable contributing across commercial, administrative, and operational areas within a growing family-run business.

Key Responsibilities

International Market Development

Support the expansion of B2B and B2C sales channels across Eurasian, European, and other international markets.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, importers, retailers, suppliers, brokers, and marketplace partners.
Assist with market-entry planning, product positioning, pricing strategies, and international growth initiatives.
Identify potential customers, distribution opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Participate in customer meetings, commercial discussions, and distributor onboarding.
Help ensure that commercial commitments are aligned with production capacity, inventory availability, and logistics requirements.

E-Commerce Operations

Support the development and growth of online marketplaces, direct-to-consumer channels, and digital sales platforms.
Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory availability, order fulfillment, and customer experience.
Work with marketing and sales personnel to improve digital product presentation and online performance.
Monitor sales results, conversion, inventory movement, fulfillment performance, and customer feedback.
Assist with reporting, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities across digital channels.

Night Shift Operational Support

Maintain regular visibility over night-shift operations and support communication between production employees.
Monitor general production progress, staffing, material availability, workflow, and completion of scheduled activities.
Support night-shift employees with routine operational questions and help escalate significant issues when required.
Review shift reports covering output, downtime, quality concerns, staffing issues, and outstanding actions.
Help ensure that required materials, packaging, and instructions are available for scheduled night-shift activities.
Support a safe, organized, and professional working environment.
Assist during unexpected production, staffing, or logistics challenges where practical.
Provide management with timely updates on significant issues that arise outside normal office hours.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Minimum five years of experience in operations, e-commerce, international trade, supply chain management, food manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience working in a cross-functional operational or manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting or managing international business, export sales, distributors, or e-commerce activities.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with production employees, supervisors, suppliers, customers, and senior management.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business-reporting systems.
Professional fluency in Russian and English.
Willingness and ability to work regular night-shift hours.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment outside normal office hours.
Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in beverage manufacturing, fruit processing, food production, packaging, or FMCG industries.
Experience with international distributors, export markets, customs documentation, and cross-border logistics.
Proven experience growing sales through e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, or direct-to-consumer channels, with demonstrated results in revenue growth, customer acquisition, conversion, or marketplace performance
Familiarity with HACCP, food-safety systems, workplace safety, and manufacturing audits.

Position Expectations

This position is intentionally broad and is not limited to one specialized function.

The successful candidate should expect to divide their attention between international growth, e-commerce, and practical operational support.
