About Us:
Larson Lawyers is a prominent law firm in Thunder Bay, Ontario, specializing in real estate law. We are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Clerk. In this role, you will support our lawyers with all aspects of real estate transactions, including but not limited to document preparation, client communication, and coordinating with external parties. This position requires strong organizational and time management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Real Estate Transactions: Assist lawyers with all aspects of real estate transactions, including reviewing, and preparing documents such as agreements of purchase and sale, mortgage and closing documents.
Client Communication: Liaise with clients, real estate agents, banks, mortgage brokers and other professionals involved in the transaction process to gather necessary information and ensure smooth progress.
Document Management: Manage and maintain accurate and organized records for each real estate transaction.
Coordination with External Parties: Communicate with other lawyers, real estate agents, financial institutions, lenders and other third parties to ensure timely completion of transactions.
General Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including maintaining schedules, managing documentation, and performing other office duties as needed.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience as a Real Estate Clerk in a law firm.
Familiarity with real estate law and common legal documents in real estate transactions.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Attributes Required:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude when dealing with clients and external parties.
Interest in a long-term position
