Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality products, ensuring safety standards and project specifications are met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of tools and techniques in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and assembly processes
Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join metal parts accurately and securely
Use plasma cutting equipment, press brake machines, hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication machinery to shape and assemble components
Conduct rigging operations for lifting and positioning heavy materials or assemblies safely using cranes or forklifts
Measure dimensions precisely with calipers, tape measures, and other measuring devices to ensure parts meet specifications
Fabricate ductwork, structural frameworks, and custom metal components for manufacturing or construction projects
Read schematics and technical instructions to assemble complex assemblies accurately while adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications

Proven experience in welding (MIG and TIG), fabrication, or related manufacturing roles
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate machining tools such as press brakes, plasma cutters, and hand tools effectively
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate fabrication
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality control checks
Knowledge of rigging procedures, crane operation, forklift handling, and safety standards in construction or manufacturing environments
Ability to use calipers, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment proficiently
Strong understanding of schematics, assembly instructions, and technical documentation
