Royal De Versailles Jewellers is seeking a highly motivated, curious and customer-focused Sales Associate with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our worldly clientele.

Our Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by meeting our client's individual needs and expectations. The Sales Associate serves as a representative of the company by promoting the philosophy and values of all brands. By striving to discover your client's needs you will tailor their experience within our store in order to elevate their impression of the brands and build long-lasting relationships.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Keep customers informed of current products, trends, and collections
Communicate the key qualities and the characteristics of the brand to customers
Follow procedures, guidelines and policies

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years of customer care/luxury sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver exemplary customer service
Self-starter; the ability to be flexible and proactive as per the needs of the business
Ability to work effectively in a busy and high-profile environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
