Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients, ensuring their spaces are spotless, organized, and welcoming. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Basic English communication skills are an asset. Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or related fields is highly valued. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where professionalism and attention to detail are paramount.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and courteously
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold company standards

Skills

Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential and commercial environments.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to perform laundry duties accurately and efficiently.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills to build positive client relationships.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and safety procedure.
Residential, commercial, Airbnb, move-in/move-out and deep cleaning.
Travel throughout the GTA.
Must be reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
Valid SIN and legal authorization to work in Canada.
Driver’s licence and own vehicle are an asset.
Starting wage: $19/hour before deductions.
Pay increases based on performance and reliability.
Approximately 60–66 hours bi-weekly (hours may vary depending on client demand).
Long-term position.
