We are actively hiring a Roofing Advisor / Roofing Sales Consultant to join our growing residential roofing team. This is an independent contractor role designed for driven professionals who want flexible hours, commission-based income, and full control over their earning potential.
As a Roofing Advisor, you will work directly with homeowners, providing expert guidance on residential roofing solutions, pricing, and project scope. You’ll operate independently while being supported by professional training, proven sales systems, CRM tools, and a collaborative team of high-performing roofing professionals.
This role is selective and performance-driven. First-year earnings typically range between $60,000–$120,000, with unlimited income potential based on performance.
Duties
- Consult homeowners on residential roofing projects
- Generate roofing leads through self-prospecting, referrals, and optional company-provided leads
- Present roofing proposals and pricing
- Manage roofing sales opportunities using CRM software
- Follow up with homeowners and close roofing contracts
- Represent the company professionally as a Roofing Advisor / Sales Consultant
Qualifications
- Strong interest in roofing sales or home improvement sales
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-based independent contractor role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage time, schedule appointments, and track leads
- Sales, roofing, construction, or contractor experience is an asset (not required)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
