Reports into: Maintenance Manager

Employment type: Seasonal Hourly, up to 40 hours per week

Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour

We are looking for a General Labourer to join our maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

Assist in site preparation, including clearing debris, loading/unloading materials, and setting up equipment
Operate forklifts to transport materials around the site safely and efficiently
Safely operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery as needed
Support skilled tradespeople (mechanics, carpenters, etc.) with tasks as required
Drive company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and crew to and from job sites
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors
Physical endurance being able to lift 50 lbs. at a time

The ideal candidate has:

· Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Forklift operation certification and experience

· Ability to lift 50Lbs

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

· Reliable, punctual and committed to safety
