Overview

High-End single Family Custom Home Residential Carpenter.

Keystone Projects is a boutique residential construction company focused on building high-quality single-family custom homes. Our work is detail-driven, design-forward, and built to last. We’re looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in their craft and works well within a collaborative, high-standard environment.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in the execution of custom residential projects, from structure through completion, supporting the build, assisting specialty trades, and ensuring all work meets a high level of quality.

What You’ll Do

Execute high-quality residential carpentry with precision and care Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings independently
Complete framing, backing, blocking, and finish prep to support all trades
Assist millwork installers, finish carpenters, and specialty trades as required
Coordinate day-to-day site activities with project managers and trades
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Identify and resolve site issues before they impact quality or schedule
Uphold a no-compromise standard of workmanship

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in residential construction (custom homes preferred)
Strong knowledge of framing, detailing, and residential building systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Professional, reliable, and respectful on site
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team
Red Seal certification or equivalent experience is an asset
