POSITION: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

DATE: July 2026

ServcoCanada is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our Regina Office.

As a valued member of the team, your core responsibilities will include:

Greets employees and customers on arrival
Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls
Receives, sorts, and distributes daily deliveries/picks up mail from postal outlet
Coordinates meetings including preparing meeting room and taking minutes
Ordering office supplies and ensuring office is kept organized and orderly
Provide backup to Project Administrator with various tasks such as creation of purchase orders, receiving purchase orders, Accounts Payable inquiries and project closures
Support various departments within the company when required
Other duties as assigned

The following qualifications are required of the successful candidate:

Self-motivated and proven team player
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with strong communication skills – written and oral
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
Prior Administrative experience is an asset
Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or Project Administration is an asset
Experience working in the construction industry is an asset
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Superior keyboarding and data entry skills with WPM of 40 or higher
Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
