Full job description

Are you a newer real estate agent looking for practical guidance and support? Or an experienced agent ready for a more collaborative approach to growing your business?

Jane Stevens Real Estate Group in Oakville/Burlington is looking for motivated, licensed REALTORS® who want to build a sustainable real estate business with access to leads, coaching, training, systems, and community.

This is not a traditional team where you lose your identity. You will have the freedom to build your own business and personal brand while receiving structure, mentorship, and support.

What You’ll Get

One-on-one coaching, mentorship, and accountability
Weekly training on buyers, sellers, leases, marketing, and lead conversion
Practical scripts, templates, systems, and resources
Support with contracts, negotiations, and real-life client situations

Referral sharing, open house opportunities, and community involvement

Responsibilities

Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
Follow up with prospective clients and team-generated leads
Conduct showings, open houses, buyer consultations, and listing appointments
Prepare and negotiate offers and related documentation
Market listings and generate new business through social media, networking, and community outreach
Maintain knowledge of Oakville, Burlington, and surrounding real estate markets
Manage client communication, paperwork, appointments, and deadlines
Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

Qualifications

Must have Ontario real estate license
New and experienced REALTORS® are welcome
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Motivated, coachable, and willing to take consistent action
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative group
Knowledge of Oakville and Burlington is preferred
Reliable transportation is required
Social media, administrative, property management, or additional language skills are assets

Compensation

Commission-based
No cap on earning potential
Commission structure and lead distribution will be discussed during the introductory conversation
