An exciting and immediate career opportunity is currently available at WFCU Credit Union for an:

Administration Assistant, Automotive Strategies

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the Automotive Retail Strategies department and will perform a variety of administrative duties related to conditional sales loan & leasing program administration to ensure that all conditional sales loans and lease funding is completed accurately and with time-sensitivity.

Position Type: Vacant Position

Pay: CA$42,000.00 - CA$53,000.00 per year

In summary, the Administration Assistant, Automotive Strategies will:

Coordinate the loan administration process which includes the completion of loan & lease files, loan & lease delinquencies and the completion of a loan & leasing checklist.
Interact with Automotive and RV Dealerships when required.
Complete a variety of reports and monthly logs.
Complete tasks in an extended hours environment when required.
Work in collaboration with your Automotive Retail Strategies team members as well as other credit union staff (including Credit Risk, Credit Solutions, Administration and Finance) to ensure that the financial and service level expectations and objectives of the department are achieved.
Post and reconcile all returned and rejected clearing items in a timely manner.
Manage dealership & member inquiries; investigate and resolve issues as required.
Any other duties as assigned.

The “must-have” skills and qualifications that we’re looking for are:

A diploma in Office Administration, Business, or a related field
A minimum of two years’ experience in a related positionStrong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent computer proficiency operating Microsoft Office programs

These additional skills are considered assets too:

Prior experience within the financial services industry
