Job Title: Pizza Cook/Artist

Pizza hotline is one of the most popular pizza franchise in Brandon. We always tried to give our best to satisfy our beloved customers. We will keep working hard to reach our main goal which is to become leading pizza franchise in our area.

Role Summary

We are looking for a versatile candidate who can contribute to our store in many ways.There's no fixed destination to work in our store so you need to be ready all the time to contribute no matter what your working position is.If you are new to this kind of job or if this is your first job in a pizza store,Don't be afraid, We are here to train you.

Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled pizza maker to prepare high-quality pizzas according to customers’ orders. The pizza maker’s responsibilities include preparing pizza dough, cutting, grating, or slicing various ingredients, and removing pizza debris from the pizza ovens. You should also be able to maintain a clean workstation at all times.

Pizza Maker Responsibilities:

Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats.
Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes.
Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed.
Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation.
Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use.
Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly.
Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.

The ability to follow standardized recipes.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work in a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Friendly behaviour with kitchen staff

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

French not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

Brandon, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: In person
