Full job description

Position Summary

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse activities, including material handling, picking, counting, wrapping, and other general warehouse-related tasks.

Shift: Days 8am-4pm or 9am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)

Pay Rate: $17.60/hr

Position Type: Temporary Full-Time (4-8 months contract)

Location: North York, ON

Duties & Responsibilities

Support warehouse activities including material handling, picking, counting, wrapping, and other general warehouse-related tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams as appropriate.
Maintain quality in all aspects of the job while following established procedures and standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Post-secondary diploma.
1–2 years of warehouse-related work experience.
Previous ERP experience.

Skills & Knowledge

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong computer skills.

Other Requirements

Primarily warehouse-related work with occasional exposure to production and office environments.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending.
