LET'S BE REAL

Anybody can swap out a fixture. Anybody can follow a set of drawings.

But when a commercial building is bleeding money, the customer's fed up, and nobody knows what's wrong... that's when real service plumbers earn their reputation.

That's the work we do.

SERVICE PLUMBING ISN'T FOR EVERYONE

Some plumbers need someone standing over their shoulder. Some panic when the problem isn't obvious. Some want the easiest route and a place to hide on a jobsite.

We're not looking for those plumbers.

We want the ones who pull up to a building, figure out what's actually happening, and get it fixed. The ones customers remember. The ones crews rely on. The ones who can think.

SERVICE VS. CONSTRUCTION

On the construction side, guys get slotted into a lane and stay there. One crew runs the risers. One crew runs the parkade. One crew lives in the mechanical room. And there are plenty more lanes to get stuck in.

That's by design. The more you repeat one task, the faster you get, and the more the company makes off you. Good for their bottom line, but you're not growing as a plumber.

Service is the opposite. Every day is a new building, a new problem, something you've never seen. You're thinking on your feet, figuring out what's wrong, and making the call yourself. Some days you'll solve it in 20 minutes. Other days you'll chase something that's frustrated a customer for weeks. That's why the best plumbers love it.
