Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and skincare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, enhance clients’ natural beauty, and deliver outstanding customer service in a welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to utilize your expertise in esthetics while fostering client relationships and contributing to the overall success of our spa or salon. Applicants should be passionate about skincare, professional, and dedicated to creating a relaxing experience for clients.

Duties

Assist clients with retail product selections and upselling to enhance their skincare routines
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment rooms and equipment
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, providing consultations, and ensuring a relaxing experience
Build lasting client relationships through personalized care and professional communication
Must be available evenings and weekends.

Skills

Esthetician with valid licensing in Nova Scotia, Canada
Brazilian waxing or sugaring an asset
Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and skincare recommendations
Good organizational skills to keep treatment areas clean and appointments on schedule
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$40.00 per hour
