What You'll Do

Provide exceptional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's therapeutic needs and wellness goals
Conduct thorough client assessments and review health histories to ensure safe, effective care
Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and accurate client records
Educate clients with professional recommendations for home care and ongoing treatment
Collaborate with other service providers when appropriate to support each client's overall wellness
Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and uphold the spa's high standards of presentation
Encourage rebooking by delivering an exceptional client experience from beginning to end
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Practice in accordance with all CMTO standards, ethics, and professional guidelines

What We're Looking For

Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate, professional, client-first approach
Someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client care
A genuine passion for helping people feel their best
Training in Hot Stone Massage and/or Cupping Therapy is considered an asset, but not required.
