Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
Support skilled tradespeople in their duties by providing assistance as required.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
