Full job description

What You’ll Do:

As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will manage customer accounts, ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

Driving Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding overdue invoices and account discrepancies
Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collections
Process customer payments, credits, and adjustments accurately and in a timely manner
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve issues related to invoicing or payments
Maintain customer files and documentation in compliance with company policies
Prepare and distribute aging reports and collection status updates
Maintain confidentiality of information and handle sensitive data with integrity
Other ad hoc assignments as required by the Accounting Manager

What You Bring:

Post secondary diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent work experience
Keen attention to detail and accuracy within a framework of multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze issues efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and accounting (ERP) software
Bilingualism and previous experience in Accounts Receivable role are assets
