The Ideal Candidate
- Prior manufacturing or similar hands on, process driven experience an asset
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Open to continuous learning and process improvement
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with advancing technology
- Is driven by teamwork, as well as being capable of working independently
- Good mechanical aptitude and high degree of attention to detail are assets for this position.
Our Full-Time Shift Details:
- Work 7 out of 14 days - 84 hours per pay period
- 12-hour shifts (Days: 7am-7pm and Nights: 7pm-7am)
- +Week 1: MON – TUES – off – off – FRI – SAT – SUN
- +Week 2: off – off – WED – THURS – off – off – off
- 3-day weekend every other weekend
- Possible overtime opportunities
Our Part-Time Shift Details:
- Variations of 6, 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts

What are the job details?
- Achieve machine standard rates while operating plant machinery by following detailed instructions.
- Inspect, deburr and gauge parts according to detailed criteria outlined by quality processes and documents.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities and collaborate with other departments.
- Have a proactive attitude towards health and safety, follow all company policies/procedures and OHSA legislative requirements to ensure shared, safe environment.
